QECA came about because I have lived in places where Internet connections have not been great and I wanted a way to keep a local album of contacts and cards on my own PC.

It all started with being able to download and store the card I was viewing at eQSL.cc Then, I needed a way to find a particular card quickly, so I added a search routine. I wanted to show family & friends the EQSL Cards I had received, so I thought ahhh, a full screen slide show is the way to go... Now, QECA has an album, a full screen slide show, backup/ restore (card images and data) and a few more features I have found come in very handy.
