I am trying to register my Software / eBook, but it tells me it cannot be registered.

You may be unable to register your purchase for one of the following reasons -
- Payment of your purchse has not been received
- Payment of your purchase has not yet been processed
- Your purchase has been registered previously (x 3) - please contact us for further information
- You have entered your CD# incorrectly?
- You have entered your Key Code # incorrectly?

Please check carefully all these points. If you still experience difficulty registering, please contact us via email, telephone or fax for further assistance.


Will the Software / eBooks work on a MAC PC?

No. At this stage we are unable to offer product for the MAC PC


My Computer crashed and I have re-installed the eBook. It is asking me to Register again?

Yes. The encryption coding on our products is as such that if re-installing on a clean hard drive, you will need to re-register.  If you have registered 3 times already, please contact us by email, fax or phone and give us your details, CD No and Key Code. We will issue a new "unlock code" and full access is yours again.


How many times can I register my Software / eBook?
Your purchase can be registered up to three (3) times.  This allows you to install your purchase on sevarl PC's.


Where do I find the CD No?

Your CD# can be found in one of several ares -

1. On the CD
2. On the inside of the CD Case
3. In the case of purchase by download - your CD# is emailed after processing payment of purchase.
