WHAT IS AN eBOOK?

An eBook (electronic book) is a book which is read using an electronic device (i.e. computer, Palm etc.). An eBook in simple terms is the publishing of information and reference on CD Rom rather than in printed book format and can be distributed by means of CD Rom or download from the internet..

An eBook can be technically classed as software, however, the term “eBook”” better describes the use and distribution of books on CD Rom

Al & Shelley McDivitt, owners and editors of AR ePublishing, research titles which will be of interest to a wide range of hobbyists and crafters; sourcing, compiling, editing and publishing inspiring and informative data and techniques

NO SPECIALISED SOFTWARE REQUIRED

An eBook can be published in many different formats, for use on various Computers and computer related hardware. Some eBooks require the purchase or download of specialised software.

AR ePublishing has researched and developed a form of eBook that displays just like a web page, making it simple for the reader to navigate and understand.
