Australian Army bought these vehicles in the
late 1950's and they remained in service until
1971, mainly with reserve Armoured units. They
gave excellent cross country performance but
were difficult to maintain and therefore not
very popular with their crews. Unitl the introduction
of the Bushmaster, these were the last wheeled
APC's to be used in Australian Army |
